Angels are one of the artist's favorite subjects, inspiring him from millenniums of Western Art through the works of Caravaggio, Michelangelo and Chagall, and as creatures of higher ideals and pureness of spirit. They have appeared frequently in Max's work since the 1960's. 

All sales are final and all works are sold unframed. A Certificate of Authenticity is drafted upon sale and mailed separately to the given shipping address.
