This exceptionally rare and small edition serigraph is a striking exemplar of Peter Max's 'Cosmic Art' style that brought him international recognition, broad popularity and celebrated museum and gallery exhibitions since the 1960s. 

This vintage work displays Max's hallmark graceful, black line work with a softer color palette where pale hues meet sooting turquoise and coral. A beautifully serene composition, Max draws his heavenly creatures in thoughtful meditation, as tranquil symbols of the artist's interpretation of the love-and-peace movement.
